Special Order Items

Some of our items are drop shipped direct from our warehouse. These items require additional time to pull, pack, and ship your order. If the item is special order, it will be stated in the listing. The listing provides an estimate as to when your order will ship from the warehouse. Please be sure to carefully read the listing before making your purchase.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on special order items. We DO NOT ACCEPT returns, cancellations, or exchanges for any reason on special ordered items. 


Shipping Policies

U.S. SHIPMENTS: Packages sent by First Class Mail normally arrive within 10 business days from order date. Priority mail normally arrives within 5-7 business days. Please understand that the USPS does occasionally experience unexpected delays which can alter these estimated delivery times. We do not control how long it takes for the USPS to deliver your package after it leaves our shop. For more information about shipping times, please visit our FAQ.

**INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ONLY** (outside the U.S.): The following information is based on services provided by the USPS and the Postal Service in your country, not Delphine's Flower Bead Shop. We cannot control the length of time it takes the postal service to deliver your package.

ALL international FIRST CLASS shipping is at your own risk. If you choose international First Class mail as your shipping method, we cannot offer refunds and/or replacements for lost packages due to the USPS failing to delivery your package. International First class mail can take upwards of 45+ days to arrive and is not a reliable way of shipping overseas. Please be aware of this when choosing your shipping method. We highly recommend choosing Priority mail for safer and quicker delivery for international shipments.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses: It is very important that the shipping address you provide us is correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address that was provided to us, we will ship the package back to you at your cost. If you received free shipping on your order, you will need to pay the shipping costs to resend the package to you. We cannot refund any shipping costs if you choose to cancel your order, even if your order was eligible for free shipping. Refunds will be given minus all shipping and handling fees.

International Customs Information

Please note that there may be duty customs taxes due when the package is received in your country. Any duty customs taxes that are applied to your package are due to the import laws in your country. All duty customs taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of the amount of taxes due upon arrival of the package in your country before placing an order. The full value of your order is put on the customs form on the package. Do not ask us to put a lesser value on the package.

All international packages must clear customs before reaching it's final delivery destination. Clearing customs can add a significant amount of time onto delivery which is not calculated into the estimated delivery time provided by the USPS. Please be patient with the postal system if ordering from outside of the United States. Delphine's Flower Bead Shop does not control how long the postal system and/or customs holds your package before final delivery. If you have questions regarding shipping times or have questions on which shipping method would be best for you, please contact us.

Returns

IMPORTANT! Please contact us before returning any items to receive return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused and returned to the sender at your cost.

We are committed to providing you with the best quality and service. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us in perfect condition, at your cost, and we will gladly refund your purchase price or exchange it for another item once the return is received. We do not refund any shipping or handling costs. If you choose to exchange an item, you will be responsible to pay for all shipping fees.

To receive your refund, the item must be returned to Delphine's Flower Bead Shop within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. Returns or exchanges are not accepted after 14 days.
We must receive the return in perfect condition. This requires you to use bubble wrap, and a bubble mailer or box for your return. Any damaged items due to improper packing, will be at the cost of the buyer, and refunds will not be given for the damaged return. In the case of returning non-returnable items, the package will be returned to the sender. We DO NOT accept returns on special ordered items. Also it is required that you purchase a tracking number for the returned package. Delphine's Flower Bead Shop is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages caused by the postal service.


Damaged, Defective or Missing Merchandise

In the rare chance that the beads you receive arrive damaged, defective or missing, please contact us immediately within 3 business days of receiving your package at sales@delphinesflowerbeadshop.com and send a photo of the item. We will address damaged or defective merchandise on a case by case basis and work with you to resolve any issues. If the total cost of the damaged beads is less than the cost to reship the items, a refund for the damaged item will be given, or the item can be reshipped with a future order. Sorry, we cannot reship items that the shipping cost is more than the item itself. This policy is at the sole discretion of Delphine's Flower Bead Shop. Please contact us if you have any questions. If you do not put a claim in with us within 3 business days of receipt of delivery, we cannot offer any refunds, replacements, or returns on damaged, defective or missing merchandise. It is in your best interest to contact us immediately to inform us of any problems.
