Did you receive Error code 15005?
This error can easily be correct. Usually when you receive error code 15005 it means that either your credit card number, security code or expiration date on your credit card was not entered correctly. Please go back through the checkout stages to try to place your order again. Double check to be sure that your credit card number, security code, and expiration date have been entered correctly. If you are still receiving this error, please contact us and we can process your order for you.

Did you receive an error that says your email already exists?
If you received this error when going through checkout, this usually means that you have already registered with us. Please go back to your shopping cart, click the proceed to checkout button, then choose the option to Sign In. Enter your email address and password you created when you registered with us. If you forgot your password, you can use the recover password form found on our checkout page, or through our Service button at the top of the screen. If you are still having trouble, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Having trouble adding or removing items from your cart?
See the note above for information regarding items that may now be out of stock, or have less quantity in stock since the time you had placed the items in there. Go back to your cart, and change the quantity of those items to the stock number that is stated above. Editing the quantity to match the number in stock as stated above needs to be made all at the same time. Make the necessary changes, then click the Update button at the bottom of the cart once those changes have been made. Also, check your shopping cart under Description to be sure that none of your item descriptions are in black. If you find the description name in black, that item is either low on stock or out of stock and needs to be edited or removed from your cart before you will be able to add/remove any more items from the cart. Once you make the necessary changes for all items that are low or out of stock, you will be able to continue to shop and checkout as usual.

Are you being asked to enter a security code after each item added to the cart? Or cannot add anymore items into the cart?
When you add 100 or more items to your shopping cart, you may be asked to enter a security code after each additional item. This is a security code that helps us prevent fraudulent orders. To continue to shop without being asked for this code, you will need to complete checkout. If you cannot add anymore items to your cart, you will need to complete checkout first before you will be able to continue to shop. When you are in your current shopping cart, click the pink Proceed to Checkout button and complete checkout as usual. Once your payment and order has been confirmed, your shopping cart will be empty and you can continue to shop with a new cart. We can ship multiple orders in the same shipment. Just leave a note in the comments section during checkout to combine shipments.
