Did you receive Error code 15005? Usually when you receive error code 15005 it means that either your security code or expiration date on your credit card was not entered correctly. Please go back through the checkout stages to try to place your order again. Double check to be sure that your credit card number, security code, and expiration date have been entered correctly. If you are still receiving this error, please contact us and we can process your order for you.
Did you receive an error that says your email already exists? If you received this error when going through checkout, this usually means that you have already registered with us.
Please go back to your shopping cart, click the proceed to checkout button, then choose the option to Sign In. Enter your email address and password
you created when you registered with us. If you forgot your password, you can use the recover password form found on our checkout page, or through our
Service button at the top of the screen. If you are still having trouble, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Having trouble adding or removing items from your cart? See the note above for information regarding items that may now be out of stock, or have less quantity in stock since
the time you had placed the items in there. Go back to your cart, and change the quantity of those items to 0, and then click update on the bottom of the cart.
You will then be able to go back to the item in the store and add it back to your cart if stock remains. Or check your shopping cart under Description to be sure
that none of your item descriptions are in black. If you find the description name in black, that item is out of stock and needs to be removed from your cart
before you will be able to add/remove any more items from the cart. Change the quantity to 0 and then click update on the bottom of the cart. Once you do that for all items that are out of stock, you will be able to continue to shop or checkout as usual.
