How can I view all of your styles of flowers and leaf beads at once?

You can view our entire inventory of Lucite beads (flowers, leaves, and shapes) by clicking on the Lucite Inventory page in the top button bar. There you will be able to view all of our styles of beads, along with their sizes, easily all in one place. Click on an individual photo to view all of the colors, finishes, and other styles in more detail. Our Lucite Inventory page will be updated on a regular basis when we receive in new styles of beads. So be sure to check our inventory page often!

I have been searching for a particular style of bead. Can I send you a photo? Can you locate it for me?

Yes! We love helping our customers find beads they have been searching for. The best way for us to help you find the beads you are in search of is to email us photos of the beads. We have strong relationships with many different suppliers who can locate the beads or produce them for you. Please provide us with sizing and color information with your requests and we will do our best to bring the beads to you. With any custom order, a minimum purchase per style of bead will be required which will be quoted at time of order.

Why does my shopping cart empty right after adding items to it?

Your Shopping Cart can empty for two reasons:

1. For your security, your shopping cart session expires a maximum of eight hours after you have created it.

2. If you do not accept the cookies set from our web site or your computer is not configured to accept cookies, your shopping cart will be shown empty almost immediately after adding a product to it. We use cookies (small pieces of site information) to assist us in saving configuration information. Cookies are required for Delphine's Flower Bead Shop's shopping cart.

We suggest you to check the following:

• Check to see that your computer system time is accurate. Cookies are time sensitive and may not work if your computer date is incorrect by a large amount.

• Make sure that your browser is configured to accept cookies or that you agree to accept cookies from www.delphinesflowerbeadshop.com.

• Turn off any third party programs or control panels that automatically reject cookies.

When I try to checkout, I get an error saying there is nothing in my cart. When I look in my cart, there are items in there. Why am I getting this error?

This error occurs when you shop over a few hours or even a few days. When you add items into your shopping cart, the items can still be purchased by other customers. If another customer orders an item from your cart and completes the transaction, the item will remain in your shopping cart even though the stock has been sold. If you receive this error, please check your shopping cart to be sure that all of the item descriptions have underlines. Click here to see an example. If you find items that the description line is in black and NOT underlined, you will need to change the quantity to 0 for these item(s) and update your cart in order to continue to complete your transaction. If you need assistance with this, we can help you adjust your cart. Please make note of the cart ID number which looks like this: http://www.delphinesflowerbeadshop.com/servlet/Cart?cart_id=6687880. If you provide us with the number, we can access your cart and help you complete your transaction. You will be able to access this cart id number by viewing a product's description and clicking the add to cart button. This will take you to your shopping cart and you will be able to see the number in the URL box in your browser.

Why do I receive an invalid address error when I try to checkout through PayPal?

When you try to checkout through PayPal and receive an invalid address error it is because the address you typed into our checkout page does not match the verified address PayPal has on file with the USPS. The most common reason for this is that your state was typed in as the full name instead of the abbreviation (ex: Illinois instead of IL). You must enter the state as the 2 letter abbreviation in order for PayPal to accept your address. If you also receive a message that your order has been canceled please contact us immediately. We should have your order pending in our system and we can process your order manually. Please contact us here.

How long do I have to make my payment?

If you have questions regarding payment, please ask. If you place an order with us and do not make your payment immediately, we will email you and send you a Paypal invoice. If we do not receive your payment within 3 business days, your order will be automatically canceled. If you would like to mail your payment to us please contact us ASAP so we may arrange for your payment to be mailed to us. Paying through the mail is only available to US customers.

Do you offer a newsletter?

Yes. We offer a monthly newsletter that is automatically sent to our registered customers. This newsletter is sent out once a month. Our newsletter will contain special coupons, information about out newest beads and great tips about jewelry and crafts. Delphine's Flower Bead Shop will never spam you and you may opt-out of the newsletter at any time.

Do your beads go on sale?

Yes. From time to time we have sales on some of our beads. Sales are subject to change without notice. We also offer coupon codes in our newsletter for a percentage off your entire purchase each month. Register with us and automatically receive our newsletter for our exclusive members only sales!

I would like to place my order over the phone. Do you have a phone number where I can reach you at?

We're sorry, all orders must be placed online. We do not have representatives to take phone calls. We will be happy to answer all your ordering questions by contacting us at sales@delphinesflowerbeadshop.com just click the Email Us link found at the top of the page to send us a message. All emails are answered promptly within 24 hours. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), please check your spam or junk mail folder as our message may have been flagged as spam depending on your mailbox settings. Or please email us again, and we will respond as quickly as possible.

How can I view the status of my order?

Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view. We process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. When your order ships, you will receive an email from PayPal with the tracking number for your package. This service is available to domestic customers only.

What are your shipping costs?

You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. There is a shipping chart shown at the bottom of the shopping cart page. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

How often do you get new beads in?

Our inventory is always growing. We have many new beads at all times just waiting to be listed on our site. Please check back frequently as we are always adding new beads daily.

How many beads are sold per bag?

Each style of bead is sold in different quantities. Under the description you will see a line that reads You will receive ## beads. The ## will be the total number of beads you will receive in each bag.

How often do you ship orders?

We ship out orders every day except weekends and holidays. Packages normally ship within 3-4 business days of receipt of payment (sometimes sooner).

Our shipping schedule is as follows for orders placed by 5pm central time. Orders placed after 5pm, will ship the following business day.
- Orders placed on Monday ship on Thursday
- Orders placed on Tuesday ship on Friday
- Orders placed on Wednesday ship on Saturday
- Orders placed on Thursday ship on Monday
- Orders placed on Friday ship on Tuesday
- Orders placed on Saturday ship on Wednesday
- Orders placed on Sunday ship on Wednesday

If you need your beads shipped sooner, please let us know. We will try to accommodate special requests. Please use this only as a guideline as your order may ship sooner or later than stated.

How soon can I expect my order to arrive?

This depends greatly on a number of factors. Here are some guidelines to follow.

The following information is based on services provided by the USPS and the Postal Service in your country, not Delphine's Flower Bead Shop. Orders are shipped from our shop within 2-3 business days from when we receive your order. We cannot control the length of time it takes the postal service to deliver your package.

These times are only to be used as a guideline, as many factors, which are out of our control, can delay your package from arriving in these times. We process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. If you need your beads in a hurry, we would suggest choosing the Priority Mail or Express Mail option. We have no control over how long it takes for you to receive your package once your package leaves our hands. Please be aware that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Shipping within the U.S.:
- First Class - 5-10+ business days
- Priority - 5-7 business days
- Express - 1-2 business days

International - These time vary greatly depending on the destination country. If your package is held up in customs, there will be additional delays which will greatly alter these estimated times:
- First Class - 20-45+ business days
- Priority - 10-30 business days
- Express - 5-8 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS ONLY: If customs chooses to inspect your package, your package will be delayed. Customs chooses to inspect packages randomly, so unexpected delays can occur if your package has been chosen for inspection. ALL FIRST CLASS international shipping is at your own risk. If you choose first class as your shipping method, we will not offer refunds and/or replacements for lost packages due to the USPS failing to delivery your package. International first class mail can take upwards of 45+ days to arrive. Please be aware of this when choosing your shipping method. We highly recommend choosing Priority mail for safer and quicker delivery. Packages sent via first class mail can take a very long time to reach its destination. We cannot be held responsible for packages that do not arrive when First Class Mail has been purchased. Please take this into consideration when choosing your shipping method. Paying any duty taxes (if required by country) on the shipment are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of the amount of taxes due upon arrival of the package in your country before placing an order. The full value of your order is put on the customs form on the package. Please do not ask us to put a lesser value on the package.

International orders require special handling and processing at the Post Office. Therefore, we only ship out international orders once a week.

Please Note: These shipping times are based on immediate payment. If you choose to pay by PayPal e-check, additional time will be required for us to receive notification of a cleared e-check.

Do you offer your beads in other quantities/colors than what is listed in your online catalog?

Yes. All of our beads are available in either smaller or larger quantities other than what is listed online. We also may have the beads you are interested in, available in other colors as well. This, however, is subject to availability of the beads you are interested in. Be sure to inquire about specific quantities you may be interested in.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. If you have any questions regarding payment, please don't hesitate to contact us. If you choose to pay by e-check through PayPal, there will be additional time required for your e-check to clear before your order will ship.

What is your return policy? How long do I have to return an item?

We are committed to providing you with the best quality and service. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us in pristine quality, at your cost, and we will gladly refund your purchase price once the return is received. Sorry, we cannot refund return shipping or handling costs. Please contact us before returning any items. You have 14 days from receipt of item to initiate the return process. After the 14th day, we no longer can accept any returns.

Is my information safe with Delphine's Flower Bead Shop?

Please know that Delphine's Flower Bead Shop never has access to any of your personal banking or credit card information. When you complete a transaction with us, all of your information is encrypted. You can check the status of our SSL certificate at any time by clicking on the Thawte logo found on every page. Once you make your payment we will get a notification that your payment has been sent or is pending and at that time we will dispatch your order or wait for your payment to clear.
