We have the largest selection of flowers, leaves, butterflies, filigrees, West German Lucite, and other Lucite beads on the net. We are always searching for new and exciting beads to add to our ever growing inventory. We try to find the most interesting and rare beads around to offer our customers at the lowest prices possible. New beads are added all the time so please bookmark our site and come back often! Shipping Policies

All packages are processed within 3-5 business days from when we receive your order (Excluding weekends and holidays).

Packages sent by First Class Mail can take upwards of 10 business days for US shipments, and 30 business days or more for international (outside the U.S.) shipments. We strongly suggest purchasing Priority Mail shipping for faster and safer delivery. Priority Mail should arrive quicker, but sometimes unexpected delays can occur with the USPS. We have no control how long it takes for the USPS to deliver your package after it leaves our hands. We cannot offer refunds or discounts for lost packages if First Class Mail has been purchased, or if you package tracks as delivered by the USPS. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (outside the U.S.): Please note that there may be duty taxes due when the package is received in your country. All international packages with the exception of Canada and the United Kingdom will automatically be shipped Priority Mail. This is to ensure safe and timely delivery to all countries.We only ship international packages once a week. All international packages must clear customs before reaching it's final delivery destination. Clearing customs can add a significant amount of time onto delivery. Please be patient with the postal system if ordering from outside of the United States. Delphine's Flower Bead Shop has no control over how long the postal system and/or customs holds your package before final delivery.

Returns

We are committed to providing you with the best quality and service. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us in pristine quality, at your cost, and we will gladly refund your purchase price once the return is received. Sorry, we cannot refund any shipping or handling costs. Please contact us before returning any items. Items found in our Discontinued 50% off category are not returnable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL from the discontinued beads category. You have 14 days from receipt of item to initiate the return process. After the 14th day, we no longer can accept any returns.
