WE SHIP WORLDWIDE. To view shipping costs, click on the View Cart link. At the bottom of the Shopping Cart page you will find a chart of our shipping & handling charges. FREE first class shipping to all U.S. destinations! Discount automatically will be applied to order when you choose First Class as your shipping method. Please see below for more important information regarding shipping internationally.

Shipping Policies

All packages are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from when we receive your order (Excluding weekends and holidays).

U.S. SHIPMENTS: Packages sent by First Class Mail normally arrive within 10 business days. Priority mail normally arrives within 5-7 business days. Please understand that the USPS does occasionally experience unexpected delays which can alter these estimated delivery times. We cannot control how long it takes for the USPS to deliver your package after it leaves our shop. For more information about shipping times, please visit our FAQ

**INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ONLY** (outside the U.S.): The following information is based on services provided by the USPS and the Postal Service in your country, not Delphine's Flower Bead Shop. Orders are shipped from our shop within 3-5 business days from when we receive your order. We cannot control the length of time it takes the postal service to deliver your package.

ALL international FIRST CLASS shipping is at your own risk. If you choose international First Class mail as your shipping method, we will not offer refunds and/or replacements for lost packages due to the USPS failing to delivery your package. International First class mail can take upwards of 45+ days to arrive and is not a reliable way of shipping overseas. Please be aware of this when choosing your shipping method. We highly recommend choosing Priority mail for safer and quicker delivery for international shipments.

IMPORTANT! **As of 1/17/11, we now require that all international packages sent to countries other than US, Canada, UK, or Australia are shipped via Priority mail. International First Class mail is not a reliable way to ship overseas and can take an extremely long time to arrive. We want all of our international customers to receive their packages in a safe and timely manner, therefore, we are no longer shipping via First Class mail to countries other than Canada, UK, or Australia. If you have questions or concerns regarding your shipping method, please contact us.**

International Customs Information

Please note that there may be duty customs taxes due when the package is received in your country. Any duty customs taxes that are applied to your package are due to the import laws in your country. All duty customs taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of the amount of taxes due upon arrival of the package in your country before placing an order. The full value of your order is put on the customs form on the package. Do not ask us to put a lesser value on the package.

All international packages must clear customs before reaching it's final delivery destination. Clearing customs can add a significant amount of time onto delivery which is not calculated into the estimated delivery time provided by the USPS. Please be patient with the postal system if ordering from outside of the United States. Delphine's Flower Bead Shop does not control how long the postal system and/or customs holds your package before final delivery. If you have questions regarding shipping times or have questions on which shipping method would be best for you, please contact us.

Returns

We are committed to providing you with the best quality and service. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us in pristine quality, at your cost, and we will gladly refund your purchase price once the return is received. Sorry, we cannot refund any shipping or handling costs. Please contact us before returning any items. Items found in our Discontinued 50% off category are not returnable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL from the discontinued beads category. You have 14 days from receipt of item to initiate the return process. After the 14th day, we no longer can accept any returns.
